Haemo Pharma Workshop: WINBACK Tecar Therapy in Focus

The Return 2 Sport Summit, one of the leading events for sports trends and innovations, provided an exclusive platform for experts from the sports industry to discuss the latest developments in the treatment of sports injuries and cutting-edge technologies.

With a focus on sports injuries of the upper and lower extremities, supported by examples from soccer and skiing, the summit set international standards and offered a wide range of topics, from innovative training methods to pioneering technologies.

Haemo Pharma Workshop: WINBACK Tecar Therapy in Focus

Our workshop focused on modern Winback Tecar Therapy, an efficient method for treating sports injuries.

Sebastian Pinterits, physiotherapist for the Austrian women's national soccer team (ÖFB women) and winback expert, presented the innovative BACK4 multi-frequency device. The Back4 combines capacitive and resistive electrotherapy to treat lesions, pain, and muscular injuries and accelerate regeneration.

The workshop gave all participants a detailed insight into the application and benefits of this innovative therapy. In addition, beach volleyball professional Christoph Dressler gave exciting insights into the role of regeneration and activation in top-class sport.

The technology behind WINBACK

WINBACK Tecar Therapy revolutionizes pain management and accelerates rehabilitation through three key effects.

By increasing the permeability of the plasma membrane, intracellular and extracellular exchange is stimulated. This not only results in immediate and lasting pain relief by inhibiting the transmission of pain messages, but also enables therapists to work more efficiently.

  • In addition, Tecar Therapy helps restore movement by relieving muscle tension, improving blood flow and thus promoting mobility.
  • Another important effect is the stimulation of metabolism, which is achieved by stimulating intracellular and extracellular exchange. This increases the natural resistance of biological tissue and creates diathermy, which is used by the vascular system.

Winback Tecar Therapy thus offers an effective and holistic method for treating sports injuries by reducing pain, improving mobility and accelerating regeneration. By stimulating metabolism and promoting blood circulation, it supports rapid recovery and enables optimal rehabilitation and a pleasant patient experience at the same time.
