Easy 6 step process

With IMPACT®, the desired blood fractions are centrifuged and separated fully automatically in a closed system. The syringe containing the patient's blood is inserted and after the program has ended, the desired autologous blood product is removed “ready-to-use”.

Step 1

Take blood

Remove 12 ml of whole blood.

Step 2

Connect

Connect the whole-blood-filled syringe to an empty IMPACT® syringe using the supplied hose.

Placing

Insert the connected syringes into the rotor. If necessary, add a second tandem.

Step 4

centrifuging

Perform the first centrifugation to separate the desired blood fraction. If necessary, a second centrifugation follows, for example to produce a platelet concentrate.

Remove

Remove the syringes and turn off the syringe with the finished autologous blood product.
